Why are the team holding personal NFTs?

This is because we believe that it is the easiest, most transparent way for the team to get financially renumerated for running the project and for the amount of work that it will take to bring profits to the holders.

We want everybody to be aware of where the funds are being deployed and when they are being deployed, transparency is paramount so there will be no payments to the team other than via the NFTs that they hold along with all the other NFT holders. This then incentivises the team to work as hard as possible for the NFT holder, because the team is also an NFT holder.
